Stunning lakefront home with Pine Lake views at every window. This 4 bedroom luxury retreat features surround sound speakers inside and out! Perfect for entertainment, there is a hibachi grill inside as well as an outside grill overlooking the saltwater pool and hot tub. No need for a gym, as the lower level has a fully stocked setup with gorgeous views and an additional small kitchen/ bar.

The home is located on Pine Lake and although the neighbors are close, the trees and bushes add plenty of privacy. We are just a minute short drive down the road from a boat rental/ dock company. There is also public parking and free beach access also just a very short drive down the road. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to nearby restaurants and other attractions.
You will be provided with a unique code accessible through the garage that is valid during your stay. You will have the entire home to yourself. There are just a few locked closets/ spaces for the cleaning equipment and owner's supplies. There is a deck overlooking the lake that you can enjoy.
After entering through the beautiful custom front doors, you'll see the grand entryway with a staircase and balcony leading to the second floor. You will be greeted with a sparkling chandelier and a grand piano. Straight ahead, you will see floor to ceiling windows stretching from wall to wall in the living room. The sleek kitchen has tall ceilings with skylights and a sleek modern style. There is plenty of space in the large refrigerators and freezers for your stay. The double ovens, microwave and appliances make longer stays feel like home. The kitchen features a bar top. Off of the kitchen is a dining space and hibachi grill both overlooking the lake with sliding doors leading to the deck. The main floor has one bedroom and two bathrooms. The second floor features the main bedroom suite with a king bed, large bathroom/ walk-in shower and television. There is a second bedroom and bathroom also with a walk-in shower. The lowest level has a fully stocked gym, bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with two king sized beds and plenty of space.
There is limited Uber or Lyft in La Porte. Enterprise car rentals is located on Lincolnway. South Shore Train to Chicago is Located 25 minutes away in Michigan City. 10 Minutes away from toll roads. The updated, modern home is in the perfect location, being 60 miles from Chicago and only 36 miles from Notre Dame. Great local bars/ restaurants, boat rental locations, and casinos are nearby. Ski Beach and Stone Lake Beach are a short walk/ drive away.

The pool is kidney shaped andf 16x32. It is 9 foot in the deepest part and 3.5 ft in the shallow part.
The hibachi is to be used by a professional chef only!
There are 3 refrigerators in the property for your convenience.
Home is not suitable for small children due to the design of the home and staircases.
The home does not accommodate pets unfortunately.
Home does not have beach access at the property, but public beaches are a 1-2 minute drive away.
You can drive a boat up near the property, but there is no dock. There is a dock rental a minute down the road.
No smoking in the property. Any smoking must been done 10 feet away from the property. All smoking debris must be picked up.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
In order for the stove's safety feature to deactivate, you must set the correct stove pot over the burner.
Please close the outdoor umbrella after use.
To lock the door going out to the patio, you must pull the knob upwards, then turn the lock.
